What you will do

You will be part of the day-to-day of running social for local and growing brands, with guidance, feedback and a clear weekly rhythm.

  1. Manage accounts

Help plan, schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn using content calendars and tools such as Meta Business Suite.

  2. Coordinate creators

Research and reach out to creators and influencers, track deliverables, posting dates and follow-ups, and help gather content and usage details.

  3. Drive engagement

Monitor and reply to comments and messages, welcome new followers and help keep each brand's community active and on voice.

  4. Report and learn

Track reach, engagement, saves and clicks, spot what is working and help prepare simple weekly reports with takeaways.

  • Draft captions, hooks and content ideas that match each brand's voice.
  • Support light content creation and editing: Reels, Stories and graphics, using tools such as Canva and CapCut.
  • Research trends, formats, hashtags and competitor accounts and share ideas with the team.
  • Keep content calendars, creator trackers and assets organized in shared tools.
